Receptionist cum Admin

We are a Financial Services Company under the Financial Service Act 2013. In line with our expansion and quest for excellence, we are seeking dynamic and career minded individuals to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.
  • Responsible for reception function and manage the overall office mailing.
  • Ensure all guests and visitors are welcomed and properly registered.
  • In charge of all mails and courier services to ensure well-received and timely delivery and tracking.
  • Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support.
  • Organize meeting rooms to facilitate meetings.
  • Undertake ad-hoc assignment or duty assigned by superior and the management as and when required.

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM with at least 1 year in similar working experience.
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role.
  • Well-groomed and pleasant personality.
  • Fluently converse in speaking and writing Bahasa Malaysia & English.
