Personal Assistant (PA)

We are a Financial Services Company under the Financial Service Act 2013. In line with our expansion and quest for excellence, we are seeking dynamic and career minded individuals to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide office administrative and secretarial supports to the Director on daily basis and be able to contact during non office hours.
  • Handling the personal and P&C matters for the Director.
  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars.
  • Answer phone calls and emails and take messages.
  • Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings.
  • Help with daily time management.
  • Run errands as requested.
  • Plan travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation.
  • Coordinate events and speaking engagements.
  • Draft correspondence such as emails and letters.

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Secretaryship. Preferably some general knowledge on Accounting.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • 1 -2 years of working experience preferred.
  • Pleasant personality, self motivated and independent.
  • Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  • Good communication skills in both written and spoken Bahasa and English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Tech-savvy and experience with word processing and email programs.
  • Active listening and good communication skills.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Strong time-management and organization skills.
